Welcome to the Witter Family Medicine clinic. Dr. Jo Witter,  James D. Witter, PA-C and Cindy   Heavican, APRN-NP provide healthcare to David City and the surrounding communities of Butler County. Providing obstetric, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric care, Witter Family Medicine gives each patient they serve the same considerate care they would give their own family.

Services include: Routine Health Care Maintenance, Maternity and Newborn Care, Well Baby Checks and Pediatric Care, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Care, Immunizations, Allergy Injections, Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services, Surgical Procedures, Laboratory Services. Witter Family Medicine also participates in the Every Woman Matters and Vaccines for Children programs.

Jo A. Witter, MD

Dr. Witter is a family practice practitioner serving in both David City and Prague Clinic. She received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1991 and completed her residency in family medicine in Lincoln, NE. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She also holds current certification in Advanced Life Support for Cardiac, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma, and Obstetric Care.

James D. Witter, PA-C

Jim received his master's degree as a Physician's Assistant from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1998. He is currently certified by the National Association of Physician's Assistants and holds current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support.
